On 30 October 2012 around 120 building industry experts gathered in Bottrop for the two-day international symposium ‘Innovative Concrete Technology’. The participants from nineteen countries gathered information on the latest technologies and developments in concrete at MC Bauchemie’s seminar centre. International speakers from the world of science and research presented current problems and findings. In par- ticular, the opportunities and risks involved in the implementation of European regulations in national standards were discussed.
