This years SAIE reached a historical record with 176,000 visitors, more than ever in the forty year history of the trade fair. The visitor statistics were up by 7%. Particularly the Eastern European countries from the former Soviet and Ex- Yugoslavia were increasingly represented, which had a positive effect on the numerous delegations from these regions.
