The Concrete Society of Southern Africa strives to promote excellence in concrete construction. The Fulton Awards, held every two years, are the ultimate expression of this objective and acknowledges professionals, contractors and owners for their outstanding achievements and determination to challenge new frontiers. The National Awards function took place in Drakensburg, South Africa, in June 2007. Precast concrete proved to be the winning technology in most award categories.
