The company Artéon created in 1964 has been taken over by the DSI Gmbh group (Dywidag Systems International) in September 2005. The aim of the group in France is to develop the consumables related to the construction in general and precast more specially. Then, in May 2006, two other French companies, Technique Béton specialist in chemistry products, and Mandelli- Sétra specialist in plastic products for the precast industry, have been bought.
