Located in South Florida, Pre-Cast Specialties, Inc. (PCSI) is an award winning pre-cast concrete producer with a 36-year track record. PCSI is a member in good standing with the National Pre-cast Concrete Association (NPCA) and the Florida Prestressed Concrete Association (FPCA). PCSI is respected throughout the industry for quality products and service. Last spring, Fred Cianelli, President of PCSI, attended the MPCX show and exhibition in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Cianelli visited the Sicoma/ScaleTron booth, as well as several others, requesting information on Twin Shaft Mixers. At the time, PCSI used a conventional drum style mixer, which had been installed in their plant in the 1980’s. PCSI intended to replace the conventional mixer with a new high performance concrete mixer.
