The machine tool maker Lasco Umformtechnik GmbH has exhibited a hydraulic press for flexible manufacturing of so called insertion stones at Bauma 2007 the International Construction Machinery Trade Fair. These insertion stones, which are used for window cut-outs or as compensation stones for offset masonry, have to be cut from hardened sand-lime brick wall elements.
