ERMC, recognized for innovative and durable solutions for the precast industries, is proud to introduce StoneCaster batching and mixing systems to the Acromix product line. The fully automated version can employ virtually any number of material storage bins and multiple powders (cements, fly ash, etc.). Current installations include up to four mixers however systems with eight mixers have been designed. Notable features include moisture compensation, admixes, individual batch designs for each mixer, and even interface to automated color dispensing, all controlled by a single computer. Coupled with the Acro-Meter (patent pending) bin gate, this is an extremely accurate and reliable automated batching system.
