Chryso, part of the Materis Group and a worldwide leader in concrete admixtures, recently acquired the American firm ProMix Technologies. This operation strengthens the Chryso Group action in North America and widens its geographical coverage, in order to offer its innovative products to a larger part of the American market. It also enables the French admixture producer to create a new growth platform in North America, with a high technical and commercial potential.
