The Water Wash, a patent project of Simem (Italy), is a simple and economical solution developed for concrete plants to treat excess washing water coming from the manufacturing process. This solution resolves the problem of where and how to process slurry water. With very low operating costs, it is possible to achieve chemical water quality suitable for surface discharge, or better yet, for reuse in the plant for washing and/or mixing with fresh water and for batching concrete in accordance with regulation.
