The International Prestress Hollowcore Association (IPHA), held recently their Technical Seminar in Gothenburg, Sweden. These seminars are held at approximately with 18 month intervals and they are aimed at presenting relevant technical news and information relating to the design of prestressed hollowcore elements to an audience of senior engineers and technicians from the member companies of IPHA.
