For creating 101 town houses in Cologne-Merheim, Deutsche Reihenhaus AG decided on standardised construction methods – and solid components from Cemex Beton-Bauteile GmbH. This is the largest individual order that Cemex Beton-Bauteile GmbH has received up to now from Deutsche Reihenhaus AG. The 101 town houses – outer and inner walls, stairways and flooring elements - in the “Am Hibiskusweg” residential area in Cologne-Merheim were entirely prefabricated in the Bad Duerkheim precast production facilities.
