Requests are being heard with increasing frequency in practice for concrete that is coloured blue or has a bluish hue. Almost without exception, this type of concrete product is to be found at the high-end quality level and the utilization of white cements is all but unavoidable. More comprehensive standards of quality are required from such products. This, of course, is reflected by their price. The pigments employed in manufacturing these concrete products also have a distinguished status. Cobalt blue is ideally suited for reliably creating blue colouring or shades of blue on a permanent basis.
