For some time now, the brothers Alexander und Wilhelm Seifert have been involved in the re-organisation of the precast plant “ChelZBI-1” in Chelyabinsk, Russia, for the future. Managing Director Alexander Seifert is responsible for the planning and implementation of the re-design and investments at the Chelyabinsk plant. Wilhelm Seifert lives in Germany and sources the required installations, machines and auxiliaries all over Europe and then organises the necessary transport and the associated paperwork. The two brothers aim to reduce the current number of 1000 employees by a quarter over the next 3 - 5 years by making the production faster and more efficient, while at the same time improving quality.
