Columbia Machine, Inc. and Paco Group, Inc. are pleased to announce that they have today signed an agreement in principle under which Columbia will acquire selected concrete product equipment lines of Paco. Columbia will build and sell the popular Paco lines of rack transfer equipment, cubers, splitters and related items to complement its own extensive line of concrete products manufacturing equipment.
