The advertising brochure “sustainable sewer” published in 2005 by the Kunststoffrohrverband e.V. in Bonn (KRV) has been banned following a decision made by the district court in Cologne on 01.06.2006 (case No. 31 0 860/05). According to the information provided on page 2, this brochure should show a summarised display of the results of investigations, carried out by a group of European experts, under the leadership of professor Stein. A member company of the Fachvereinigung Betonrohre und Stahlbetonrohre e.V. (FBS) has taken legal action against this.
