As from the middle of March, global operator Ammann Group with headquarters in Switzerland will take over and integrate concrete plant manufacturer Elba. Elba was founded in 1948 and is based in Ettlingen, Germany. The acquisition rounds off the Ammann Group portfolio perfectly and is an ideal complement to the existing asphalt mixing plant and machine divisions. Ammann's global sales and service organisation will serve as a basis for marketing Elba’s internationally well-established products in every region.
